[Observium] mikrotik ip add/remove not working

Hi people,

we have a mikrotik unit that we monitor and we have a PPPOE interface on it, that we monitor

the PPPOE interface sadly drops every so often and the IP on it changes …

( I know dynamic ip for pppoe is bad, we are in process of sorting out a static ip )

but for some reason the observium, doesn’t notice the interface ip was removed then readded or even changed !?

it notices that the interface is offline and alerts me… but not the IP change or re-add

can someone look into this, or tell me where i could begin looking to find the problem
