Running a rediscover fixed the missing Disk I/O stat page, thanks!!
Here is the output of the update-errors.log. Not sure if any of these errors will cause problems in the future?
[root@noc observium]# cat update-errors.log ====== Schema update 137 -> 138 ============== Query: ALTER TABLE `sensors` ADD `entPhysicalIndex_measured` varchar(16) COLLATE Error: Duplicate column name 'entPhysicalIndex_measured'
Query: ALTER TABLE `sensors` ADD `measured_class` VARCHAR( 32 ) NULL DEFAULT NUL Error: Duplicate column name 'measured_class'
Query: ALTER TABLE `sensors` ADD `measured_entity` VARCHAR( 32 ) NULL DEFAULT N Error: Duplicate column name 'measured_entity'
====== Schema update 141 -> 142 ============== Query: ALTER TABLE `alert_table-state` DROP `ignore_until_ok` ; Error: Can't DROP 'ignore_until_ok'; check that column/key exists
Thanks guys!

We just upgraded to the professional version and are still missing the disk I/O on a couple servers. Is there something manual we need to do to get that option back on these servers?
Not sure, I think that should be fixed... Adam might know more. But first things first: did you rerun a discovery to be sure?
Observium: 0.14.5.5458
I noticed a couple errors when running the discovery.php at the end of the upgrade, not sure if that is the issue:
[root@noc observium]# ./discovery.php -h none Observium v0.14.5.5458 Discovery
-- Updating database/file schema 133 -> 134 ... (db) done. 134 -> 135 ... (db) done. 135 -> 136 ... (db) done. 136 -> 137 ... (db) done. 137 -> 138 ... (db) done (3 errors).
This is normal (recreating fields that were erroneously removed, but we also removed the removal, so this will be 3 "already exists" errors).
138 -> 139 ... (db) done. 139 -> 140 ... (db) done. 140 -> 141 ... (db) done. 141 -> 142 ... (db) done (1 errors).
Not sure what is going on there, there are 5 ALTERs in that file. There's an error log in update-errors.log which could shed some light in there.
But this is not related to disk i/o.

Just fixed this, was a slightly malformed SQL query in the discovery module.

Hi all,
We are currently moving our observium server from an old community edition (0.13.10.4585) to a new powerful server running Professional edition (0.14.4.5391). On the new one, all disk i/o statistics for server devices don't appear in the web interface. After some research, I found that rrd files for disks i/o are not generated. For example, same server monitored by old instance: http://pastebin.com/gF7RA9bU and on new one: http://pastebin.com/Y9ePqyst
Maybe I'm missing some new configuration option?
Thanks,
