You could write a single regexp to match both of those, or you can use two separate association rules with "match".
When you have multiple entries in an association, they're all required (AND).

My entity matches on either of those but when I combine them like the following below, I don't see any devices being associated with it.
ifAlias matches *COG:* ifAlias matches *L3:*
