Hi,
which version of observium you use?

Hallo,
the snmp location configuration in the Cisco switches are separated by a comma. But in Observium, the comma is changed to 1%F, which I assume is the reason for the error. When I change the location menu type in the web UI to geocoded, it works okay but not for nested location despite setting the Nested Location split character to a comma .

Looks like there’s some fussiness going on there with special characters and escaping.
Is there supposed to be a comma where it puts the %1F?
Adam.

Hallo,
I have added SNMP devices in groups (Country, City, Address). However, when I filter a specific device using locations (e.g. Locations -> Country -> City -> Address), then I get the message that 'No devices found Please try adjusting your search parameters' (seen in attached photo). What could be the problem?
Thanks.
