Is their a document on how to create an alert check that if a windows particular service status changes to generate an alert ?

The Windows services stuff should only be in pro, but if you’re lucky, Mike didn’t disable it in the most recent CE build, since I don’t remember telling him to!
It does indeed allow you to alert on service status.
You can also do it via the probes system, which is also Pro-only.
