      I tried below, it did not works for me.
USAGE:
$scriptname <username> <password> <level 1-10> [email]
admin1  Password123     10
EXAMPLE:
%WADMIN%n:   $scriptname <username> <password> 10 [email]

Create a new account via the CLI and use it to change the password in the GUI.
There's no CLI password change script, because, well, no one has really found it annoying enough yet :)
