[Observium] Rule not being ignored

One of our servers keeps reporting that its down and then back up a minute later. I've tried to ignore the alert within Observium but that only lasted for less than a day. I even put in a date to ignore the alert until 2026. That lasted for a couple of days. But we are once again getting bombarded with these alerts. I don't want to disable the alert since we have over 30 systems registered. Ideas or suggestions?
