About the traffic Bills.

After a month is billing period is completed will the data be preserved even if interfaces are added/removed from the billing?

The reason I ask is that it is a hassle too keep track of aggregated usage of things like Peering/Infrastructure/Transit as you constantly upgrade and move things around.

So, perhaps a snapshot could be taken at certain points too keep this data?
