Is there a way to associate a device in bad_if_regexp parameter in config.php file?

I mean: I want to exclude "GigabitEthernet0/3/4.*" subinterfaces on a specific device, but the same interface is also on other devices.

My actual config.php setup is:
$config['bad_if_regexp'][] = "/GigabitEthernet0\/3\/4\.[123]+/";
$config['bad_if_regexp'][] = "/GigabitEthernet0\/3\/4\.[456789][0-9]{0,2}$/";
