I’ve something strange with a basic alert checker

 

I’ve defined a basic alert-checker to check if my devices are down

 

 

 

The test condition is device_status equals 0

 

I know it works because I already had some working case.

 

I’m astonished because I have a case with devices shown as down :

 

 

… but not reported by the alarm-checks

 

The device is a

Dell EqualLogic PS4210

 

 

 

Do you know what my mistake could be ?
