[Observium] User permissions (same thing with alerts)

Am I missing something when adding users? Do you have to add each device to a user?

Is there anyway to just allow all devices? The issue we are having is each time we add devices we have to login and modify the users everytime we add devices, which you can imagine is a nightmare.
