One more thing I have configure latest version of observium (Observium 20.8.10645 (stable) and already use this observium version 18.10.9472 issue is that i have have configure mini graph current version no value is showing as per screenshot when previous version as highlight screenshot traffic is showing. what i am missing . please suggest

You need to read the instructions on constructing alert checkers, "value 3 2" isn't going to do anything.

There are example checkers to look at, the format is:

<metric> <test> <test argument>

3 isn't a test, you probably want "eq".

Please note, the thing you’re trying to alert on must already be collected by the custom oid system. You can’t just put stuff into the alert system and expect the data to be magically collected.
