This is as intended. We can’t control or predict the vertical height of graphs with the legend enabled, so it’s disabled on front page widgets.

You need to read the instructions on constructing alert checkers, "value 3 2" isn't going to do anything.
There are example checkers to look at, the format is:
<metric> <test> <test argument>
3 isn't a test, you probably want "eq".

Please note, the thing you’re trying to alert on must already be collected by the custom oid system. You can’t just put stuff into the alert system and expect the data to be magically collected.
