Hi,

We have Observium Version 17.11.8943 installed on a Linux 4.4.0-98-generic [amd64] (Ubuntu 16.04) server. We made syslog integration with syslog-ng and tried to do syslog alerting but we can’t get it to work, for some reason it says “No logging alert entries found!”. We do see those alerts in the syslog tab but not on the alert tab.

I will happily give more information if needed.
