Hi Colin,

Payments are processed by Adam as soon as he finds the time to, which normally should be same or next day. However, he was traveling back this week from UK to Mexico so that's probably the reason for the delay. Should hopefully be OK soon :-)

However we have not had any word back on if this has been done or not (and testing, it seems to deny us so I am guessing not). I emailed a chase today, but I was wondering if there was a wait time on getting access, as I don't want to keep bugging when I should be waiting.
