[Observium] False Positive Alert if sensor_value is "NULL" / "FALSE"

Hey all,

is there any way to check with an alert condition if the return value for i.e. is "NULL" and/or "FALSE"? I have the case that we removed SFP+ transceivers from Extreme devices and the device is now not replying with any value for this OID check. The SQL database contains "0.00000" for the affected sensor.
