Hi!

I checked one of the ports and it seems to be 64bit :

array(71port_id=>2854device_id=>92port_64bit=>1port_label=>nac-vv01-01:e1aport_label_base=>nac-vv01-01:eport_label_num=>1aport_label_short=>nac-vv01-01:e1aport_descr_type=>nullport_descr_descr=>nullport_descr_circuit=>nullport_descr_speed=>nullport_descr_notes=>nullifDescr=>nac-vv01-01:e1aifName=>nac-vv01-01:e1aifIndex=>3ifSpeed=>10000000000ifConnectorPresent=>nullifPromiscuousMode=>nullifHighSpeed=>10000ifOperStatus=>upifAdminStatus=>upifDuplex=>fullDuplexifMtu=>9000ifType=>ethernetCsmacdifAlias=>ifPhysAddress=>90e2ba445c74ifHardType=>null

And the graphs for the normal view also look OK :

So it seem the issue only related to billing.

These interfaces are likely not correctly returning 64bit counters. The billing system requires ports provide 64bit counters at present.

Hi!

I was testing billing and with certain interfaces it reports no data, despite the graphs clearly showing data.

My thought is that it may relate to the interface name as it works well with other products and interface names.

The "special" think is that the interface name has a colon in it.

Have anyone seen this before ?
