[Observium] Devices not visible from drop down for user level less than 5

Hi to all of you, I have found following problem,Normal user can`t see devices on map, also devices are not shown from upper drop down menu. Same with ports. Any ideas ? Thank you all. I use R4586 Andrej Kolakovic
