[Observium] widescreen ports graphs

Hey Adam,

Just quick note, that widescreen mode on ports graph doesn't working property. These 4 graphs should fill all available width, but instead using proportion from normal mode.

And I wonder if there way we could able to select multiply different port types, like transit+peering. I mean come up with different control where you could select not only one state?
