Root cause was a bad line slowing things down. But thanks for giving me some numbers to work with.

There no errors, just this is impossible timeout for snmpwalk.

300 seconds timeout.. you seriously? :)
Your server will die if at least one device takes so long to respond..

set to 3,5.. max 10 seconds.
Really if some device respond longer.. "bury the stewardess" :D
