[Observium] Juniper Class of Service MIB (mib-jnx-cos)

Hey All, Wondering if anyone has looked into implementing mib-jnx-cos into Observium?

I know that Juniper doesn't create the friendliest MIBs but thought it was worth checking if it's been attempted.
