Sorry, forgot to reply to this the other day!

 

Virtual-Access interfaces are ignored/filtered by Observium by default because they’re usually useless (and on some large BRAS/LNS systems they’re impossible to poll)

 

You can modify the filters in /settings/section=discovery/

I cannot get/graph the interfaces virtual-access (Vi2.X) of a CISCO ASR1001...

Virtual-Access interfaces are in PPPoVPDN mode (ASR is an LNS).

 

Do I have to configure a specific module to retrieve information from Virtual-Access ?
