[Observium] Observium stopped graphing and not showing anything on "ports" Tab

Hey Guys,

I'm fairly new to Observium. This monday my observium installation suddenly stopped populating the Graphs and when on the Page of a device selecting the POrts-Tab the site is now empty.

Do you have a hint where to check?
