[Observium] observium + ostiket webhook

hi I'm trying to integrate observium with osticket... to generate tickets when an alarm is triggered on observium.

But to setup a webhook json, osticket requires a key. webhook old no works.

tested with curl.. works. observium 22.10.12354 (rolling)
