Have you checked the mempools module is enables on the devices?

http://HOSTADDRESS/device/device=DEVICEID/tab=edit/section=modules/

Also if the module shows DISABLED in the global column then you have possibly changed something in the config.inc.php

Hello.

In the screenshot there were two extreme x670-48 . The one that has a RAM load schedule was started in the system several years ago. On the place where there is no RAM loading schedule was created six months ago.

There are many different devices in the network - Cisco ASR, Arista 7500E, Huawei Cloud Engine, Juniper QFX. None of these devices currently have no RAM load graphs.

Colleagues say that earlier (more than a year ago) graphs were automatically added for all devices.  I will be glad if you tell me where to look for the problem.

Can you be more precise… ’network devices’ ?

Cisco? Mikrotik? Linux? Sonicwall?

Hi Vladimir,

This is only shown if the device supplies us with this information (and if support for that specific MIB is implemented in Observium). What kind of device are you missing RAM utilisation on?

Hello.

I have observium version 19.3.9791. Apparently, earlier it was possible to monitor the amount of occupied RAM on network devices. In the application there is a screenshot which shows that there were such graph on the device.

On new devices there are no such graphs. How can I fix this? Perhaps there is not enough parameter in the configuration?
