[Observium] Unable to create Device type alert checkers

Hello,

We are suddenly unable to create new alert checkers for the device type in our observium instance. When the checker is created and we rebuild no machines are associated to the alert checker.

We have a previous device up/down alert checker in place that still works but we are unable to add new devices to it. Other checkers such as storage can be created and seem to work fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
