[Observium] mysqld: The table 'ports_cbqos' is full

Hello.

Running: Observium CE 0.16.1.7533 on RedHat 6.4

Keep getting this error msg in /var/log/mysqld.log 160218 10:21:28 [ERROR] /usr/libexec/mysqld: The table 'ports_cbqos' is full

What can I do to fix it ? Disk space is available.
