This was touched upon in another discussion but as a sidetrack no solution was found.
Pretty much all my alerts 'time or recovery' reports the time of this entities PREVIOUS recovery. So the time reported are always pretty bonkers. I can see that with the help of timestamp on the emails , slack notifications and the timestamp of previous recovery. And for the very first recovery of a device/sensor the duration is list as "unknown".
Any idea of what's going on and what I can kick on to make it work properly? =)
