I am new to this and Observium. We have a paid version and I have some questions about support and upgrading.
Question 1, how do I get support?
Support question, when I try to add a device, I get an error saying it can’t ping the device. I have logged into the terminal of observium and can ping the device
Support question, I recently received an email about a new version, I tried to run the update, but it fails saying it can’t find the root folder or something like that.
I can provide more details, but this is the basic questions I have and if you can point me in the proper direction how to get these answered I would appreciate that.
