Is it possible to poll devices in groups? Example: poll routers every 5 minutes and switches every 15 minutes.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Supun,
I've noticed this too, and told Adam, but have not put it in Jira, and we probably forgot.
It seems sometimes the duration is erroneously calculated from a previous firing of the alert... so that's probably the duration since you last got this alert. Or something. I'm not quite sure.
Would you mind creating an issue in the bugtracker (jira.observium.org) and attaching the screenshot?
Thanks! Tom

Hi ,
we noticed an abnormal value in the alert duration of email alert coming couple of time for different metrics threshold breaches. please refer the annexed screenshot of the same. The alert duration is more than the device uptime.
Not sure this of an expected behavior or not, please have a look at it.
we are using the subscription version with the recent updates.
