[Observium] Unable to update polling/alerts toggles

Large 3750 switch stack, unable to update polling/alerts toggles in Observium. Seems to only update the first 333 ports. Been an issue for a while.

Observium 0.14.12.6098 (stable)

If you toggle just one of those high ports by itself, you get this message "Device record unchanged. No update necessary." If you toggle it with some lower ports, the lower ports will update by not the very high ports.
