Hi,

Is it a feature that will come in the future or is it a choice for not doing it ?
I will be also interested by such feature.

Tarik.

Hi,
It doesn't. We don't do any monitoring of "services" on windows at all.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully this works for actual windows services like DHCP, server service, and others.

Hi,

This PDF works to get extra WMI info out of a windows server like CPU, Name, HDD name

http://jira.observium.org/secure/attachment/11319/WMIPoller-011013-1429-4.pdf

But standard SNMP seems to do the trick as its get other info like network, cpu, memory, logged in, etc…

Regards

Simon

Any information about monitoring applications or windows services through SNMP, WMI or any other means through observium?

We’re using the latest, subscription version of observium.

Thanks!
