Thanks for the update. Simply using the API key does not seem to work for me. 

- The observium Doc says: "The Clickatell notification transport requires a username and password to authenticate along with an API ID from Clickatell. You also need both a recipient and sender telephone number."

- On the clicketall API setup page I cannot create an API which does not require a username and password.

I assume the API type is HTTP for the Clickatell notification transport.
