I have an alert checker set up to alert for CPU gt 80%. I also have an Alert checker for ifOperStatus.

 It seems many of the devices have never been checked despite regenerating multiple times. When I hover of the “I” for information its an empty square.

Issue happens on the same exact device models and on others we get a result of Checks Ok and some array data under the “I”

Devices running identical IOS images, one works, another doesn’t.

What information can I gather to help see what the issue may be?

166 Devices (mostly Cisco Switches)(Polling/Alerting on Mostly Uplinks only, not access interfaces)
