[Observium] Alert check config for a UPS "Status" entry

      We'd like to alert when any of our APC UPS'es output status is not "online"
I see an alert check type is "status" but I'm not sure what to use for the
other settings.
Right now we have a UPS in hardware bypass due to a bad inverter (ugh) and
the status entry says "event alert, status hardwareFailureBypass".
Any tips?
