Hi Mike

I did not intentionally add myself to an emailing list.

I tried to get a quotation from Observium a couple of weeks ago for a customer.  Somehow instead I must have ended up on this email listing.

Please advise how I may ‘unsubscribe’ to get my email removed from this.

Kind regards

Maria

Do you mean you're on an e-mail list and you're getting copies of the e-mails? That's how e-mail lists work.

Hi Adam/Kleber

Please can you sort this out?

I keep getting copied in to every mail you send out.

I have already emailed you regarding this matter.

Indeed, the code is not timebombed - it will keep working if you stop paying. But you'll stop receiving updates, bug fixes and security updates.

Technically, the license doesn’t expire, but your subscription does.  You have a perpetual license to use Observium, so it won’t stop working if your subscription expires.  Your subscription simply grants you access to the SVN repository to get updates.

Adam, good afternoon!

I have a question: what happens after the license expires.
For example, buy a license, which is valid for one year. What happens after that first year? We only stayed without updates or the system stops working?
Do you have a license without time limit? Is there any way to achieve this?

Thank you.
