We had a power mishap which resulted in the Cisco wifi controller rebooting. After that all the AP's got registered twice in observium. Deleting the controller and re-adding it didn't clear up the issue. I manually deleted all entries from the wifi_aps table and got the thing working correct.
It's not a big issue, but it should be an easy change to only add unique APs, based on name or MAC, to the database.
