I wasn’t getting any graphs showing up at all, but it seems that it was the lack of php-mysql that was causing it.
Avg and Max all showed nan, and the graphs were empty.
Because php-mysql isn’t available in RHEL/CentOS 8, I installed python3 and python3-PyMySQL, set python3 as default, and that seems to have resolved the issue as far as I can tell. I’ll no more as the polling continues for a while, I just
rebuilt with puppet, but the graphs are now generating.

I think I may have tested it when it was first released. Don’t recall anything not working, but with RHEL, who knows.

Has anyone had any luck installing Observium on Centos/RHEL 8 yet? And is there any plan to support it in the future?
I’m trying to do so and not getting any errors, but I’ve also been unable to get the graphing to work. The only packages I’ve been unable to install are php-sodium and MySQL-python, but I got the impression they weren’t absolutely necessary
from the basic software requirements.
The RRD commands appear to run correctly:
