[Observium] Observium boucing on ifalias

Hi there,

We have a strange issue with the ifalias. We have one Juniper EX4550 with multiple customers on it. There was a bad character in the description : description "Cust: [FIBRE] {XXX} Paris - Zayo Cid:XXXXX Cable:R03110-fo-9-10�”;

Observium was bouncing on the if desc. As soon as I change it, no bouncing . Not sure if it’s a bug report, but I just share it here :)
