Those are the configuration OIDs. The correct ones are : 

PowerNet-MIB::rPDUOutletStatusOutletName.1 = STRING: "Testing server"
PowerNet-MIB::rPDUOutletStatusOutletState.1 = INTEGER: outletStatusOn(1)

BTW, please try to do walks with MIBs loaded. It's somewhat less than optimal to get explosions of numbers as walks.
