Hmm.
I think those emails are perhaps formed in an overly simplistic format which triggers a lot of spam filters.
Perhaps I should write something to manually set the password when the email stuff gets bounced. Who's still having problems not being able to get their passwords?
Adam.
I've tried a reset that way too and it never shows up.

Hi Damien,
Those emails seem to frequently get blocked by spam filters.
I think I saw your account go past a few days ago as a failed payment, I guess the card details must have expired.

If you check your spam filters, you might be able to find the password reset email for the portal. Once you've stopped it being blocked, resending the password reset email should work too!
Thanks,
adam.

Hello,
Password reset on https://www.observium.org/subs/index.php does not appear to be working.
My observium username and password is not working on the svn anymore and I cannot login to account management.
Is this a known issue?
