Bruce,
If it shows up as a generic device, it won't poll PowerNet-MIB. Needs to be recognized as APC.
We currently recognize APC by (includes/definitions/os.inc.php): $config['os'][$os]['sysObjectID'][] = ".1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1";
What's your device's sysObjectID?

It uses the APC PowerNet MIB. I was able to add one of the units but it shows up as a generic device. It is graphing the ethernet interface. Any advice as to what to do next? On Feb 17, 2014 8:20 AM, "Scott Brawner" Scott.Brawner@kratosdefense.com wrote:
I would recommend seeing if you can find a MIB definition/file for this unit...

I would like to graph the air temp and air flow in these in row cooling units. I see some APC ups support but not these units. Any pointers on how I would go about it? I am willing to do the leg work. I just don't know how to start. Here is the info on the unit. http://www.apc.com/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=ACRC500&...
