Yes, sms endpoint.
Voice call would be nice, and we're investigating the use of that now, but not a current requirement.

We use Twilio for MFG alerting when text/call escalation is required beyond email and PA voice alerts.
I see that Observium does not have native Twilio integration. Beyond leveraging the Observium API for Twilio integration, would you be willing to natively extend Observium to include Twilio so that we can extend our use of that tool within the native toolset?
I would be happy to donate my Enterprise hours towards the development and future inclusion in Observium for all to use.
