I doubt it's 32 bit counter issue. 32 counter would cause anything bigger than 110Mbps barf. But below that still accurate. We do have hours bandwidth lower than 100Mbps. But graph always show magnitude of Kbps.
I do think it's a port issue. I saw f5 has a few ports available when you run Linux style ifconfig. And observium is graphing those ports. But the actual ports f5 uses to send data are simply called 1.1 1.3 2.1 etc. those are not polled by observium.
F5 does publish cacti template which is very detailed in graphing their stuff including VIP stats etc.
Observium seems to be graphing it's underlying Linux stats at this moment.
I'm not at my dest now. I'll compare the port oid it polls with cacti when I get back.

It might be stuck using 32-bit counters, which will fail pretty badly for anything near or over 100mbit. You can check which counters it's using in the 'port' configuration tab under device settings (the cog on the right of the device tabs)
