[Observium] Apache SNMP script changes

Hi,

As previously requested on the list, here's a heads up for potential breakage, revision 3315 removes support for apache stats through the snmpd extend script.

Please switch to the agent script, you can find it in /opt/observium/scripts/agent-local/apache.
