[Observium] change port name/description?

Hi again,

SNMP traps are working (thanks to the wiki), so now I can see nearly immediately when a port on a switch goes down. However, something like "Nortel Networks BayStack 5510-24T Ethernet Switch Module - Unit 1 Port 1" doesn't say much about what exactly went down. Just an idea: would it be possible to provide a way to edit the port names?
