[Observium] Unable to Add Device from Web UI

Hello, hope someone can help.

We are running 17.5.8587 rolling and we are unable to add a device using the WebUI, we get "Could not reach ServerName with given SNMP parameters using v2c."

However adding a device from the command line with add_device.php and the same parameters works fine. Any suggestions welcome.
