It's really strange, because I can't reproduce troubles with any browser.

But for sure can you write me login which you used and which non-latin/number chars used in password?
(can write this me personally).

after todays update to 21.7.11497 (stable) i cannot enter the observium using my correct credentials. Even when cookies cleared or incognito mode is used. On the Authlog i see Authentifcation failure.

From browsers like FireFox i can enter. It's very strange.
