I don't believe Weathermap is an official extension of Observium, however I did it using this webpage's instructions:

Also, FWIW, it broke when I attempted to use RRDcached.

I am just a new for Observium and looking it to replace Cacti.
I am looking a guide fro Weathermap setup but it seems not useful how to add node/graph.
