SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.99.1.1.1.4.19 = INTEGER: 0
SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.99.1.1.1.4.20 = INTEGER: 0


From a 2900 the output is 23, which is the value Observium reports:

snmpwalk -c xxx -v 2c x.x.x.x 1.3.6.1.2.1.99.1.1.1.4
SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.99.1.1.1.4.11 = INTEGER: 23
