[Observium] Matrix Notification Transport?

Hi all, Bryan’s message about Signal reminded me — we’ve also been looking for a way to send Observium notifications to Matrix.

Is there currently any existing transport for Matrix? (Haven't found yet).

If not, would the Observium developers consider merging such a transport if we created one?
